Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Do you travel outside New York?
Yes! We serve the greater NYC metro area and beyond. Travel fees apply beyond 25 miles from New York, NY.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Reschedules are always accommodated based on availability.
How long does setup take?
We arrive 45–60 minutes before your event start time. Setup is fully handled by our team — you do nothing.
Can I see the print design before the event?
Absolutely. We send a digital proof of your custom print layout for approval before your event day.
